Follow these steps to ensure proper application of PC-Sealcoat PU 80, adapted to different site conditions:

  1. Prepare Critical Areas:
    • Focus on corners and pipe penetrations first.
    • Use a brush to apply the first coat around pipe penetrations and corners, extending 200mm on each side.
    • Reinforce these areas with fiber mesh or geotextile.
    • Allow the first coat to dry completely before proceeding.
  2. Coating the Main Surface:
    • Use a brush or roller to apply the first coat of PC-Sealcoat PU 80 evenly over the rest of the area at a rate of 0.50 KG/Sq.M.
    • Embed reinforcement mesh into the wet coating and let it dry.
  3. Apply the Second Coat:
    • Once dry, apply the second coat at the same rate (0.50 KG/Sq.M.), making sure to brush or roll it perpendicular to the first coat for better coverage and durability.
