Follow these steps to ensure proper application of PC-Sealcoat PU 80, adapted to different site conditions:
- Prepare Critical Areas:
- Focus on corners and pipe penetrations first.
- Use a brush to apply the first coat around pipe penetrations and corners, extending 200mm on each side.
- Reinforce these areas with fiber mesh or geotextile.
- Allow the first coat to dry completely before proceeding.
- Coating the Main Surface:
- Use a brush or roller to apply the first coat of PC-Sealcoat PU 80 evenly over the rest of the area at a rate of 0.50 KG/Sq.M.
- Embed reinforcement mesh into the wet coating and let it dry.
- Apply the Second Coat:
- Once dry, apply the second coat at the same rate (0.50 KG/Sq.M.), making sure to brush or roll it perpendicular to the first coat for better coverage and durability.
